Since there aren't custom-fit hitches available for a 1958 Chevy Truck you'll be limited to a multi-fit or adjustable style trailer hitch. The Curt 3-Piece Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15511 you saw on Jameson's answer page can fit a 34" frame width and has a deep drop in order to clear the bumper.
